Can I pick up a packet for my friend/family member?

You may pick up a packet for family members or friends, but in an effort to keep our event safe and secure, you must present a copy of their ID (a photo works great). Have your friend/family member text/email you a photo of their ID, and bring that with you to packet pick up and you’ll be good to go.

Can I run with my dog?

Sorry, as much as we love dogs, they aren't allowed at this race.

What is the terrain like?

Very forgiving terrain, with soft dirt and not many roots or rocks that'll jump out at you.

Are there bears on the course?

While it's very uncommon to encounter a bear during the event, this area has had sightings previously. Just make sure to run faster than the people around you and you'll be fine. But really, if you do see a bear remain calm, make your presence known, DON'T run or threaten it, make yourself look as big as possible, make lots of loud noises, and again DO NOT RUN.


Sure, just make sure you can still hear your surroundings. The trails are active bike trails and they'll likely use verbal cues, make sure you can hear them and be able to respond.

Is there an age requirement?

All are welcome! However, we do ask that participants in the 50K, 75K and 100K be at least 12 years of age. 

Are there gear requirements?

It's highly recommended you bring your own water vessel to refill at aid stations. The only required gear is a headlamp or reflective system for all participants on course after 7:00 PM.

Are there cutoff times?

  • There is a 16 hour overall Cutoff Time for 100K/100K Relay
  • There is a 15 hour overall Cutoff Time for 75K, 50K, and 25K
  • 7:00pm: Third (FINAL) Loop 75K Cutoff AND Fourth (FINAL) Loop 100K Cutoff (light required to begin final loop)
  • 11:00pm: OFFICIAL Course Cutoff Time

What is your Award Policy if I don't to pick up my award at the event?

Race Day Events will hold event awards for 30 days after the event is complete. Contact us at raceday@racedayevents.com for more information about receiving your awards after the event.

  • How do I sign up for event insurance? Add-on coverage is offered during the checkout process when signing up for this event. You will be given the option to add or decline coverage with one click. Note: If you decide to decline coverage, you will not be able to go back and add it after registering.

What is your refund policy?

This race does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. (This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event.)
